How long will it take for delivery or pickup of my kitchen once i place my order?
Lead times vary between different products, a standard melamine kitchen takes approx 10-14 working days. When placing your order we will advise you of the approx ETA of your order.
How much deposit is required to place an order?
10% of your total order or $500.00 (whichever is greater).
How can i pay my deposit?
You can pay your deposit by Cash/Eftpos in person at our Penrith showroom,
* By credit card over the phone.
* Direct credit into our account, please contact us for details.
Please use your surname or quote Inv number as reference and email your payment
remittance so we can match your payment to your order.
I am looking for a price list on specialty doors, where do i find the prices?
If you require a price on any door other than our standard melamine doors we will price you on application.
There are literally hundreds of door styles and finishes available.
Please make sure you advise us of the exact door style and finish you would like to be quoted on. If you are not sure, call us and we can point you in the right direction 02 47 302 999.
Does DIY Kitchen have a showroom?
Yes! Visit our showroom at Unit 1,16-24 Borec Road, Penrith NSW 2750. No appintment necessary, we can sit down with you and discuss design, layout and colour schemes, you can view our extensive range of samples and get great insight on all aspects of your NEW kitchen, it is our aim to guide you through the process as smoothly as possible, so you can enjoy your new kitchen as soon as possible.
I don't trust my own measurements...Do you come to site for quoting? If we are installing your job YES! we come to site to check measure and discuss layout and design, If you are "Doing it Yourself" and ordering a supply only kitchen this is when you supply your own measurements.
Do you provide a plan so i can check my measurements before proceeding with my final order? YES!! You will recieve a comprehensive final document with 3D drawings and detailed speciifcations even if your job is supply only, this will ensure that you can double check your measurements and that every aspect of your job is correct before proceeding to manufacture.
I am not handy and i have no time...Do i have to put flat packs together? NO!! Definitely not! This is why our customers keep returning, all of our cabinetry even supply only is FULLY ASSEMBLED FOR FREE, Ready to Install! This saves so much time and money and ensures you are getting a high quality finish and can mean your kitchen in most cases can be installed in a day!
